You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing and pre-screening candidates
Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers and supporting the candidates through the offer and onboarding process across a multitude of sites
You will be required to build strong relationships internally and externally with agencies and job boards to acknowledge skills gaps and work seamlessly to recruit all vacancies whilst working in a cost effective and timely mannerTalent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

You must have 1+ years recruitment expereince either as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal recruiter or agency recruitment experience
Automotive/ Sales & Technical recruitment experience is preffered but not essential
