Specialist Machinery Sales & Service Support

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established agricultural business looking for a Specialist Machinery Sales & Service Support professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in agriculture, engineering, horticulture, plant machinery, or similar hands-on industries who enjoys working both on farms and with customers.

This role sits between the sales and service teams, providing technical support, demonstrations, and customer assistance to ensure specialist vegetable and root crop machinery performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for specialist agricultural machinery

Assist with machine setup, diagnostics, servicing, and on-farm support

Carry out installations, commissioning, and operator training

Support sales teams with product knowledge and demonstrations

Build strong relationships with customers and provide aftersales support

Attend demonstrations, shows, and training to develop technical knowledge

Work closely with service teams, suppliers, and customers

Travel across the UK & Ireland as part of the role
