Home Manager Vacancy - Nursing Home based in Staveley, Near Bradford

Salary £65k Per Year.

About Us

Nestled within Nab Wood's has provided expert care for young adults aged 18-64 with complex physical and neurological conditions since 1983.

With a Care Quality Commission (CQC) “Good” rating, we specialise in bridging rehabilitation with long-term independence. Our residents live with conditions such as acquired brain injuries, Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord impairments, supported by dedicated teams trained in neurological rehabilitation and adaptive living strategies.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Home Manager to lead our service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and person-centred support.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a specialist neurological service that empowers residents to achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strong, visible leadership to clinical and care teams

* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements

* Drive continuous improvement in care quality and resident outcomes

* Oversee staffing, training, and workforce development

* Manage budgets and resources effectively

* Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

About You

* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a care home or similar setting

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance

* Experience supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions (desirable)

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
