Warehouse Operations Manager

We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to join a global logistics business specialising in 2-man home delivery and high-value, white glove services in Ashford, Middlesex.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader from a premium, customer-focused delivery environment looking for stability, autonomy, and progression.

£42K - £47K salary / Monday - Friday day work / excellent employee benefits package / Holiday entitlement rising from 30 days to 33 days holiday including bank hols

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations supporting specialist delivery services
Manage and develop teams, including 2-man delivery support functions
Oversee stock control and handling of high-value goods
Drive performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement

Experience in warehouse leadership within 2-man delivery, white glove, or high-value logistics
Strong people management and operational skills
