Senior EC&I Engineers - Defence Projects

£65-70/hour

We're looking for Senior EC&I Engineers to join a high-performing team delivering critical infrastructure on a major defence project under the MOD's Nuclear Technical Support Provider (NTSP) framework, specifically within the Facilities Nuclear Infrastructure Capacity and Assurance Programme (FNICAP).
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of newly awarded packages of work, supporting the design and integration of complex systems including:

Electric Overhead Travelling Cranes
LV Switchgear
Finger Jetty & Shiplift SystemsYou'll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering environment focused on innovation, safety, and technical excellence.

Location: Warrington - Birchwood Business Park
Travel: Occasional visits to Glasgow or Faslane for client meetings/reviews/familiarisation
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Clearance: SC Clearance required (or the ability to obtain)

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in EC&I design within Defence or similarly regulated environments
Strong understanding of ISO 13849
Hands-on experience with Cranes and Hoists
Excellent grasp of core electrical and control engineering principles
Familiarity with Defence industry processes and documentation
