As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic staff.

The Role:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and motivated individual to support teaching and learning across KS2. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and provide one-to-one or small group support as needed.

Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant

Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time (temporary)
Start Date: October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

-          Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

-          Assist with classroom management and pupil behaviour

-          Provide tailored support to individual pupils, including those with SEN

-          Help to prepare teaching materials and classroom displays

-          Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment

-          Supervise pupils during break/lunchtime and school activities

What We're Looking For:

-          Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting

-          A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach

-          Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude

-          Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
