Night Shift Engineering Team Leader | Salary: £56,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday - choice of either 6pm-2am or 2pm-10pm

Commutable from: Boston, Spalding, Holbeach, Grantham, Sleaford, Bourne, Wisbech, Horncastle, and surrounding areas.

We are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to lead the engineering function in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support the night shift engineering team

Plan and deliver PPM and reactive maintenance

Manage and supervise on-site contractors

Perform root cause analysis to minimise downtime

Maintain accurate records using CMMS

Read and modify electrical drawings

Drive continuous improvement and support upskilling

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as a multi-skilled engineer in food manufacturing

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

Strong electrical background

Able to read electrical drawings

Experience managing contractors

IT literate
