Are you an experienced Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a range of exciting roles across several well-established law firms in Chichester, Emsworth, Portsmouth, and Fareham.

Whether your expertise lies in Litigation, Residential or Commercial Conveyancing, Personal Injury, or Private Client matters (Wills, Probate, Estate Administration), we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to fee earners and solicitors

* Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence

* Audio/copy typing and document management

* Managing diaries, arranging appointments and court dates

* Liaising with clients, courts, and external parties

* Filing, scanning, and general office duties

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant (in any of the above areas)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and time management

* Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
