What you'll be doing:

Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Working towards individual and team KPIs and performance goals
Providing clear, accurate information to support informed decision-making
Supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriateWho we're looking for:
