Job Opportunity: Full-Time ELSA Trained Teaching Assistant (BS4, Knowle) - September 2025 Start 🌟

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school community in Knowle (BS4). This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

🧠 About the Role:

Work 1:1 with a child who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Provide emotional literacy support and tailored interventions
Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment✅ What We're Looking For:

ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) trained
Experience supporting children with additional needs
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills📍 Location:

Our school is located in the heart of Knowle, BS4, with excellent transport links and a welcoming team.
