About the Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple new-build and refurbishment schemes. You'll oversee cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and procurement while supporting a commitment to exceptional standards.

About You

* Technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.

* Experienced - You will bring a proven track record of managing multiple residential projects through the full commercial lifecycle, from procurement to final account.

* Commercially minded - Highly analytical, detail-driven, and confident in financial reporting.

* A strong communicator - Able to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues alike.

* Proactive and solutions-focused - Skilled at anticipating risks, problem-solving, and driving value.

* Organised and resilient - Capable of managing multiple developments simultaneously with accuracy and calm under pressure.

* Professionally qualified - Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying is preferable
