A respected precision engineering company based in Billericay, is looking for an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join their growing team. The Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Siemens and Haas controls. This is a hands-on position producing precision components for a range of industries, working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines

• Working confidently with Siemens and Haas controls

• Producing high-accuracy components to engineering specifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Maintaining high standards of quality and workshop safety

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong CNC milling experience

• Confident programming skills on Siemens and/or Haas

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team

• A reliable, positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
