The Role:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team. You will be working alongside solicitors and conveyancers on a varied caseload of residential property matters, supporting clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with all stages of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
  • Conducting searches, reviewing title documents, and preparing reports on title
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and databases
  • Providing general administrative support to the property team

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a busy conveyancing department
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process in England & Wales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
