Assembly Operative

We are looking for a motivated Assembly Operative with a can-do attitude on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract with potential longer term opportunities.

Job Title: Assembly Operative

Job Type: Ongoing temp 3-6 months initial

Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday) - lunch time finish on a Friday

Salary: £13 - £14 per hour

Location: Chessington

Production Operative Responsibilities:

• Repairing, maintaining and servicing mechanical and electrical goods on site
• Deliver basic warehouse and stores tasks under supervision to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in line with agreed procedures
• Complete basic packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures under supervision
• Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality and availability against records
• Operate basic equipment and machines and carry out routine tasks
• Always follow health and safety regulations
• PC Literate- updating and maintaining spreadsheets
