Site Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a recognised and reputable house builder in East Sussex. This Project will see you join a new traditionally built development set on the coast. We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the site from site set up and ensure the project is at a high standard.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

Oversee all day-to-day operations on site from site set up
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with H&S regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and site diaries
Monitor programme schedules and address any delays if needs
Lead site meetings and coordinate weekly planning

Requirements for Site Manager

Proven experience as a Site Manager on Residential or mixed-use developments
SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings and technical details
Knowledge of NHBC guidelines
