• A qualified Science Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

• Someone confident teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4

• Experience with A-Level or Triple Science is a bonus-but not essential

• A teacher who can bring science to life and get students genuinely curious

• Good classroom management and a positive, professional attitude

• Supportive department and senior leadership team who actually listen

• Well-behaved, motivated students (mostly)

• Access to great facilities and fully-equipped labs
