Job Title: Factory Foreman
Salary: £35,000

Are you an experienced site foreman with a background in construction?
Would you like to work for a family run business who are at the forefront of carbon neutral construction?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a family run business who are changing the way we build our homes. You will be expected to manage and direct sub contract trades within the factory to ensure a smooth production line and ensure that projects are leaving the factory on time. Your background in construction will be essential as you will be expected to point out discrepancies within the build and also rectify the issues yourself.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have experience within the construction industry
Are able to supervise and direct sub contract trades
Possess excellent communication skills & can work to strict deadlines
Have a background in carpentry - advantageous not essential
