Lead short intervention groups, provide 1:1 tutoring, reinforce fluency, reasoning and problem-solving, and support revision and exam technique. Prepare simple resources, log impact, and share clear next steps with teachers.The Candidate:You hold a maths or related STEM degree, explain concepts clearly, and keep sessions purposeful. You’re organised, reliable, and motivated to progress towards teacher training.Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in pupil progress and wellbeing.
