Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Monday - Friday | £42,000 + Package | Holborn, Central London | Static Role | Commercial environments.

Due to increased site demand, we are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties to electrical and HVAC systems within the landlord areas of a large, corporate, commercial environment based in Holborn, London.

Package Summary:

* Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Salary: £46,000

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.

* Package: 30 days paid annual leave, company pension, uniform, phone etc.

* Paid overtime available.

Requirements:

* Must be a fully qualified Electrician, to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Level 3, C&G 2360 Part 2 etc.

* Up to date electrical regulations - 18th edition.

* Must have experience working within commercial maintenance / commercial property services.

* Must have a decent understanding of HVAC and general commercial plant equipment.
