About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Digital Printing Press Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role operating digital printing presses to produce high-quality print work, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadline. This is based on a continental shift patten of 12 hours, days and nights

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and run digital printing presses

Prepare and check artwork and materials prior to printing

*

Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and registration

*

Make adjustments to press settings during production runs

*

Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding

*

Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

*

Follow health & safety procedures at all times

*

Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

Skills & Experience

*

Experience operating digital printing presses is preferred

*

Knowledge of digital print processes, substrates, and inks

*

Strong attention to detail and colour consistency

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

*

Good problem-solving skills

*

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

*

Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
