Spanish speaking 1:1 Teaching Assistant ** Year 2 ** £95 per day ** Full-Time **

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Start Date: 1st December (a January start will be considered for the right person)
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Contract: Full-time, temporary (ongoing until the end of the academic year)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's educational journey while becoming part of a welcoming and supportive school community.

Responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 support to a Year 2 child, helping them access the curriculum
Assisting with learning activities, emotional support, and behaviour guidance
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
Creating a positive, nurturing learning environmentThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting (1:1 experience desirable)
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
