Job Description Sr. Foreign Disclosure Reviewer - Reviewing various products and RFIs from foreign governments and international organizations for potential release, and ensure all classified material is passed appropriately. Track and maintain records for decisions concerning disclosure, release or denial of intelligence to foreign nationals. Process foreign disclosure requests and preparing recommendations for approval or denial based on technical and substantive reviews of information and approval by the appropriate authority. Previous foreign disclosure office experience with a government agency, including DoD or other member of the IC community; Successful completion of the basic Foreign Disclosure Officer course or demonstrated mastery of the functions, processes, principles, methods, and procedures used in analyzing, evaluating, and responding to disclosure requests. Explicit knowledge of IC guidelines concerning foreign disclosure, and intelligence information sharing such as (the National Disclosure Policy, and relevant DoD, DIA, and IC Directives and Instructions) Expert knowledge of SMP classification Control and Marketing standards as well as DOD and IC classification regulations. Candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with excellent writing and editing skills. Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Previous foreign disclosure office experience with a government agency, including DoD or other member of the IC community; Successful completion of the basic Foreign Disclosure Officer course or demonstrated mastery of the functions, processes, principles, methods, and procedures used in analyzing, evaluating, and responding to disclosure requests. Preferred Skills and Education Bachelor or Master’s degree with 8 plus years of intelligence analysis experience OR Specialized training with 10 plus years of intelligence analysis experience, and/or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.
