We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical aspects of a high-profile commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems for commercial buildings, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site electrical works on the commercial project.

Oversee electrical subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and timelines.

*

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

*

Review electrical designs, drawings, and schematics; provide feedback and suggest improvements.

*

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.

*

Prepare reports, progress updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

*

Monitor project budgets related to electrical scope; manage procurement and inventory of materials.

*

Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all safety standards and policies.

Electrical Manager Qualifications:

*

Valid ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing electrical works on commercial construction projects.

*

Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*

Proficient in project management software, electrical design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
