24/7 care for a 20-year-old male in Pendeford, Wolverhampton, who is an habitual alcohol and substance user.

Has a brain injury, sustained at a young age.

Client's clinical needs include:

• Incontinence (triggered by alcohol consumption)
• Memory Loss
• Medication Administration

And staff will be responsible for re-introduction to the community and accommodating rehabilitation, including:

• Accessing the community
• Going to the gym
• Accessing meaningful, social activities
• Attending rehab 3-4 times per week in Bromsgrove

Due to the above, staff must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Appropriate candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid UK Healthcare experience, it is required that this experience includes those relating to the needs of the client.

1:1 role and candidates must be flexible enough to commit to a 2 week rolling rota.
