Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential?We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and inclusive school in Newham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to improving outcomes for students with behavioural or emotional needs.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural or emotional challenges.

• Support teaching staff in managing behaviour within the classroom.

• Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans.

• Encourage and guide students towards positive behaviour and personal growth.

• Act as a role model and mentor, building trust and promoting confidence.

• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or additional learning needs (school or youth setting).

• Strong communication, empathy, and de-escalation skills.

• Calm, resilient, and proactive approach.

• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and staff.

• Genuine passion for supporting young people and promoting inclusion.

• Supportive leadership and pastoral teams.

• Ongoing professional development and training.
