My client is looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to take full ownership of maintaining and developing their new site, while also providing strategic oversight to their other community sites, 3 in total.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will ensure all facilities are:

  • Safe
  • Compliant
  • Well-maintained
  • Operated to the highest standard
  • Fit for future growth

You will lead all aspects of estates and facilities management, including:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Health & safety and statutory compliance
  • Contractor and supplier management
  • Site presentation and customer experience
  • Infrastructure planning and improvement
  • Supporting long-term occupiers and partners

Your work will directly support my clients operational and commercial success—ensuring their facilities remain welcoming, reliable and aligned with community needs.

This is not a shift role, but you will be the first point of contact for urgent issues via an on-call rota and may occasionally provide operational cover to support business continuity.

As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the environment that underpins community programmes—from children’s activities and health initiatives to grassroots sport and social support services.
