Operations Manager - Software & Automation
Location: Home-based with travel between offices and client sites
Salary: Circa 100K - 110K + Bonus + Benefits
Operations Manager required by a fast-growing specialist Automation Consultancy!
This is a varied, key role where you'll lead development teams and oversee project delivery, with the opportunity to step up to Director level within 12-18 months and contribute to the business both strategically and operationally
Essential:
* A HNC/HND or degree in relevant technical discipline
* Strong understanding of SCADA and PLC-based control system hardware and software
* Solid grasp of software development fundamentals
* Experience working to ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards (H&S)
* Extensive project management experience
* Proven experience recruiting and developing engineering teams
* Full UK (or equivalent) driving licence
