Hours: full time, hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions from instruction through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants.

Daily Duties

• Title checking and dealing with property reports
• Dealing with client enquiries and liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
• Carrying out AML & SOF checks.

Required Skills

• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience of working within a regulatory environment is desirable.
