Job Title: Major Works Coordinator
Location: E4, Chingford
Salary: up to 30k depending on experience
Sector: Social Housing

updating financial documents and submitting reports
preparing invoices and processing subcontractor payments
handling client/resident surveys & health and safety documents
ordering materials, hiring site welfare and equipment
managing timesheets, expense claims and general admin
occasional site visits, no two dates the same

Must have:
Top notch communication and customer service
strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
brilliant organisation and time management
A positive team-focused attitude
