Primary Teacher
Location: Bolton
Contract: Full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities available
Start date: Flexible (ASAP or Easter)
Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)

Premier Education is recruiting on behalf of a number of inclusive and welcoming primary schools across Bolton, Westhoughton and Atherton. We are seeking dedicated Primary Teachers who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
Primary Teacher - the schools:
We are working with a range of mainstream primary schools across Bolton and the surrounding areas, including multi-academy trusts and standalone schools.
These schools:
* Champion inclusive education and celebrate diversity
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a range of abilities and backgrounds
* Provide nurturing, structured and well-resourced learning environments
* Have strong, supportive Senior Leadership Teams
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams and support staff
Many settings offer engaging curriculums designed to support both academic progress and personal development. The focus is not only on attainment, but also on confidence, resilience and a love of learning.
Primary Teacher - responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
* Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support pupil progress
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
* Promote positive behaviour management strategies
* Support pupils' social, emotional and personal development
* Liaise effectively with parents and carers
Primary Teacher - requirements:
* UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching within a mainstream primary setting
* Strong understanding of quality-first teaching and inclusive classroom practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, resilient and positive approach
* Ability to work collaboratively within a school team
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong understanding of safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
