We are working with a leading brand renowned for their creative products which grace the shelves of leading retailers around the world. They’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join their head office team - this is a really fun, friendly and vibrant business and office! As Wholesale Sales Coordinator you will work with and support the sales and operations teams to service and grow their customer base across the UK, US and Europe. You will be a fantastic communicator and genuine people-person, be proactive, and have a customer-centric approach - committed to delivering the best possible service to their customer base. Responsibilities for Wholesale Sales Coordinator will include:
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and wider sales team
  • Processing wholesale orders, managing the order book
  • Supporting retail customers via email to assist with queries, handling any order inquiries and provide necessary information
  • Supporting the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Working closely with the logistics team to manage stock levels
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Updating retailer portals as required
  • Generating sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system
  • Attending tradeshows when required
Skills & Experience required:
  • Previous administration / office experience, Sales Administration experience an advantage
  • First class organisation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems
  • Ability to act on initiative & solve problems quickly and calmly
  • Sociable with a good sense of humour!
