Due to promotion, we have an exciting new hybrid role that would be suitable for an experienced residential conveyancer (min 3 yrs PQE) looking to move into a management role as full training and support will be given. You will be nurturing a team of 5 in this friendly and dynamic team.

You will provide expert legal advice and representation in residential property matters, aligned with departmental and firm-wide goals. Support team development, uphold professional standards, and contribute to business growth.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at least 3 years PQE along with fee earning experience and familiarity with professional partnerships and LLPs.

Responsibilities are varied and include:-

* Support Directors in delivering firm-wide strategy.

* Ensure Residential Property work aligns with firm policies and departmental standards.

* Provide high-quality, timely legal service and client communication.

* Manage own caseload and assist colleagues with advice and representation.

* Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. SRA).

* Record and develop professional competencies.

* Promote the firm internally and externally.

* Act with integrity, sound judgment, and client focus.

* Stay informed on law, funding, and compliance.
