Residential Property Associate (3 PQE +) - Remote

Role summary

A Top 200 law firm are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Residential Property Solicitor/Associate.

This role is primarily remote. Office attendance (London) is required on a fortnightly/monthly basis.

Working at either an Associate or Senior Associate level, you will join a small established department that focuses on low volume, high value property matters. The majority of transactions range between £1-£3 million.

An extremely modern and forward thinking law firm, this role lends itself to Lawyers that want to undertake quality property work on a flexible and agile basis.

This is a permanent, salaried position (not consultancy). The law firm in question are open to Lawyers that are looking for both full time and part time, including flexibility around core hours.

You do not need experience within the London market, but should be an experienced fee earner comfortable managing your own caseload relatively self-sufficiently.

Experience required

Be a UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE

Open to speaking with Lawyers that have 2 PQE, however you would require additional experience pre-qualification.
