Our client, a well-established family-run multi-franchise dealer group in Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician. This Vehicle Technician position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and a supportive working environment.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 4/5 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at time and a halfDuties:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Review vehicle faults and clearly report your findings to the Workshop Controller
Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards, with attention to safety and reliability
Maintain strict adherence to quality procedures and health & safety regulations
Work collaboratively within a busy workshop environment to maximise efficiency
Apply your technical skills to deliver excellent service and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership environment
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
An active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to workload
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
