Are you an experienced Security Service Engineer with a strong background in IP CCTV systems? We are seeking a professional, technically skilled Enterprise Security Service Engineer to join our expanding team, supporting high-end commercial and enterprise clients across London and the surrounding region.

The Role:

This is a field-based position servicing advanced, integrated security systems with a primary focus on IP CCTV platforms. You'll be working on industry-leading technologies, supporting critical infrastructure and enterprise-grade systems at prestigious client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, repair, and maintain advanced IP CCTV systems (predominantly network-based platforms)

* Work with Access Control and Intruder Alarms as part of integrated solutions

* Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance on enterprise-level security systems

* Ensure systems are fully operational, compliant, and optimised for client needs

* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction

* Complete service reports, asset documentation, and maintenance logs accurately

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience servicing and maintaining IP CCTV systems (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Axis)

* Strong networking knowledge: IP addressing, routing, and switch configuration (advantageous)

* Understanding of integration between CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems

* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Professional, self-motivated, and reliable with strong communication skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIA, HIK, Axis, or Genetec accreditations) preferred
