The Role: Your Impact
As Store Manager, you own the P&L of your site. You will lead a dedicated team to hit financial targets, maintain a safe environment, and deliver world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Profitability: Achieve financial targets by converting enquiries into sales and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead & Develop: Recruit, coach, and mentor your team through PDPs and appraisals to help them reach their full potential.
- Marketing & Strategy: Partner with the Regional Manager to design and execute local marketing plans that increase occupancy.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store standards, ensuring the site is clean, safe, and fully compliant with H&S legislation.
- Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, responding effectively to diverse customer needs and ensuring every "mystery shop" is a success.

We need a leader who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a customer. You should demonstrate:
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to interpret business performance data and turn it into actionable growth plans.
- Sales Drive: A proven track record of exploiting sales opportunities and improving conversion rates.
- Leadership: Experience building a cohesive team, managing rotas, and leading by example.
- Communication: Exceptional rapport-building skills with both staff and customers.
- Ownership: A "can-do" attitude—taking responsibility for everything from store repairs to high-level financial reporting.
