Process Performance EngineerCertain Advantage is hiring for a Process Performance Engineer based in the Filton area.This role is on a contract basis and is office-based.The CompanyWe’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.Does this sound like your next career move?If you’re ambitious to grow, this may be your next role?Would you like to define the best industrial sequence of work to be operated on the shop Floor, optimising overall Spent Time by Aircraft?The Role:This role is for a Process Performance Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Industrial Process Diagram scenario
• Create and Maintain PERT Chart in MFT & SLB in MFT, including Line Balancing
• Technical and Balancing Critical path and station
• White Space reduction action plan and Red Space analysis, maximising CVAT
• Process improvement/Spent Time reduction/Serial allocated time optimisation

The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:

• SAP, Google “G Suite”
• Understanding of aircraft product design, assembly and procedural processes, particularly wing
