We're supporting a long‑established precision engineering business in Leeds as they continue to grow their CNC machining team. This is a stable, well‑equipped machine shop with modern milling technology, a strong order book, and long‑term security.

The Role

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Fanuc experience preferred)

Producing high‑precision components to tight tolerances

Reading and working directly from detailed engineering drawings

Carrying out in‑process inspection to maintain quality standards

Working collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams

Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe

What We're Looking For

Strong CNC milling programming and setting experience

Confident interpreting technical drawings

A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine
