We are working with a leading Birmingham based firm that are very successful in a niche market, they have a proven track record with a strong client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team that cover the UK market, having the opportunity to enjoy a competitive base salary with uncapped commission.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in servicing our client base and winning new business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and closing deals. Your conversations will drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

Salary: £23,000 (OTE £38,000 - £45,000)

Monday to Friday, full time permanent

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working)

The role:

  • Reach out to existing and potential clients via phone to inform them about our product or service.
  • Engage with existing customers to provide updates or offer additional solutions.
  • Use closing techniques to encourage commitment.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers about our products, pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Ask probing questions to understand the specific needs and preferences of each customer, tailoring your communication to align with their requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide regular reports on progress, leads, and conversions.
