Registered Manager - Supported Living (Mental Health & Learning Disabilities)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to drive quality care in a person-led, community-based environment.

The service currently supports individuals across multiple homes, providing tailored support that promotes independence, empowerment, and positive outcomes. As Registered Manager, you'll play a central role in service delivery, compliance, staff development, and partnership building with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of multiple supported living schemes
Oversee personalised support for adults with mental health challenges and learning difficulties
Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding protocols
Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development
Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive service-user outcomesWe're Looking For:

Experience managing supported living or similar services
Strong background in mental health, LD, or complex needs support
Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
