Are you a recent graduate considering a career in education? Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting before pursuing teacher training?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking school. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, develop essential classroom skills, and make a real difference in students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers with the delivery of high-quality lessons across the curriculum

Provide one-to-one or small group support for students, including those with additional learning needs

Assist with classroom management and help maintain a focused and inclusive learning environment

Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson planning and assessment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A degree (any subject) - applications from recent graduates welcome

A genuine interest in education and working with young people

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, flexible attitude

Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
