Job Description

 

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance as well as clerical support to senior staff and departments.

 

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage managers’ and department’s calendars

• Schedule meetings

• Answer phones and direct calls

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

• Print/scan/photocopy documents

• Perform data entry tasks

• Format documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Assist with planning and conducting large meeting and events

• Order supplies

• Other duties as needed

 

Requirements:

• High School Grad / college

• Ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities

• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal);

• Ability to conduct online searches efficiently and thoroughly

• Ability to work with electronic databases and systems
