What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage a profitable portfolio of customers using smart and ethical sales methods
Understand your clients' needs and offer tailored solutions that deliver real value
Reach out to new prospects and follow up on leads to keep growth steady
Work closely with internal teams to make sure service levels and customer satisfaction remain high
Spot new business opportunities and stay aware of market and competitor activity
Represent the business confidently in meetings, presentations and industry events
Keep your sales records accurate and up to date

Commission and Incentives

£250+ monthly when activity targets are met
£50 for every new account you bring on board (including reactivated ones)
£150 bonus when you average 30+ calls per day
£100 extra when you also average one customer meeting, video call or client entertainment activity per week
This means you could earn around £300-£350 commission a month on top of your basic salary, with plenty of potential to grow from there.
