Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our clients based in Stafford. As a Customer Service Advisor your main role will be to contribute to thriving team with great customer service and the ability to meet the needs of customers who need assistance.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritise customer queries, orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message so they are dealt with in a timely manner.

Provide the appropriate service as required by the customer.

Always adhere to Company policies and procedures when assisting customers.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Details:

Location: Stafford

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am -3.45pm

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 PA

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

Experience delivering Customer Services

How to use MS software, Shopify (desirable) and CRM systems

Friendly, Patient, Positive and Calm personality

Able to prioritise workload in accordance to a Fast-Paced Environment
