Are you an experienced TIG welder looking to work on precision aerospace components? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our welding team, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality aluminium parts for the aerospace industry. Some job-specific training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

• Perform TIG welding on aluminium aircraft components
• Adjust sheet parts to fit weld jigs accurately
• Use measuring equipment to ensure components meet drawing specifications
• Strictly adhere to health and safety and standard operating procedures
• Support energy reduction initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement
• Commit to ongoing improvement in manufacturing, quality, health, safety, environmental, energy, and sustainability practices

• Proven experience welding thin-gauge aluminium sheets
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings (advantageous)
• Fabrication experience using basic hand tools
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Problem analysis and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and modern manufacturing methods
• Familiarity with ISO , and 9001 procedures
