Description

  • Manage and organise administrative tasks for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication for the department.
  • Support the reception desk.
  • Provide support to the team in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for easy data retrieval.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:
