Description
- Manage and organise administrative tasks for the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication for the department.
- Support the reception desk.
- Provide support to the team in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Maintain an organised filing system for easy data retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
