Do you have excellent computer skills? Do you have experience in a customer service role? If yes, then read on as this is the role for THE COMPANY: Our client is a highly regarded Solicitor's company based in the heart of the market town of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire providing reliable legal services for nearly 200 years. We are looking for a well presented Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team. THE ROLE: As a Receptionist you will be confident and friendly and ensure that clients and visitors are provided with a warm welcome. You will also answer incoming calls to the office in a professional and timely manner as well as managing the reception desk. The role is for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. Salary is by negotiation. What do you need?
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience in a customer service or administrator role
• Assisting in the co-ordination and reservation of meeting rooms
• Live within a commutable distance to Melton Mowbray
• Must be an organised person who can multi-task
• Must be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
