We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Harlow, supporting young people with EBD and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a stable, high performing team
• Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations
• Deliver consistent, high quality care and support
• Drive structure, routine, and positive behaviour outcomes
• Oversee care planning tailored to individual needs
• Build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
• Experience working with EBD and complex needs
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
