CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a fast paced, growing PE backed services organisation based in Woking to recruit a forward thinking and ambitious FP&A Analyst. 

What will the FP& A Analyst role involve?

Prepare the monthly Group Board pack inclusive of presentation packs. 
Prepare and manage the forecasts, budgets and cashflows for the business. 
Prepare and analyse KPIs. 
Build financial models and dashboards to assist in improving and understanding the performance of the business and the brands.
Work alongside key business partners to analyse data and suggest improvements. 
Assist in the year end audit process.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Analyst vacancy:

ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant with significant, relevant and demonstratable experience.
Experience in a multi-site environment.
Previous experience in management accounts and budget preparation.
A self-starter with strong communication skills.
