Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and confident Year 5 Teacher for a friendly and supportive primary school in the BL4 area of Bolton. This role is well-suited to a teacher with strong SEND experience and a passion for inclusive, child-centred practice.

The Role

Full-time Year 5 class teacher from January to July 2026.

The class includes five pupils with EHCPs, so the ability to differentiate effectively and implement high-quality SEND strategies is essential.

You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants within the classroom to help meet the needs of all learners and ensure personalised support is in place.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum.

What We're Looking For

A skilled teacher with previous SEND experience, particularly with pupils requiring significant support.

Someone patient, adaptable, and confident working with higher levels of need.

A collaborative practitioner who works effectively with TAs, the SENCO, and other professionals.

Strong communication skills and a nurturing, resilient approach.
